Sweet and Sour Stir-Fry recipe - How to make Sweet and Sour Stir-Fry

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes   Cooking Time: 15 Minutes   Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

    Main Procedure
  1. Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame, add the ginger and pineapple cubes and stir-fry for a minute.
  2. Add the carrots, red capsicum, green capsicum, sweet corn, bean sprouts, spring onion whites and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the Chinese cabbage and spring onion greens and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add the pineapple juice, soya sauce, brown vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, tomato ketchup, chilli flakes and salt and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.

Great stir fry with all the veggies tossed in with some soya sauce.
