Enjoy with rice,puris and parathas
- Peel onions and cut into long thin strips
- Put them in a pan,sprinkle some water and cook till onions become soft.keep stirring during cooking.
- Add jaggery (or sugar) ,all spices and cook on a low flame for 10 mins
- Add vinegar and cook till the mixture becomes thick
- Cool and fill in a jar.
