Sweet Spring Onion Dosa

These dosas are made with a unique combination of onions with jaggery. . . . Which gives them a sweet and spicy taste!!
- Combine the rice with coconut,chillies, coriander seeds and tamarind and blend in a mixer into a smooth paste. Keep aside for 8 hours.
- Add the jaggery, spring onions and salt, mix well and prepare a batter of puring consistency.
- Heat a tava, grease it with little oil and pour a spoon full of batter on it and spread in a circular motion to prepare dosas.
- Serve hot with butter.
