10 to 12 raisins (kismis) soaked in hot water for 30mins
1 dry red chillies
1 to 2 cloves garlic (lehsun) (optional)
2 to 4 mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 cup hung curds (dahi)
1 tbsp fresh cream
salt and pepper to taste

  1. Grind together the soaked raisins, chilli,
  2. Garlic and mint leaves by adding a little water to make a paste consistency, not too watery.
  3. Now add the ketchup, cream, curd, salt & pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, potato chips, vegetable sticks.
