Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
4 to 5 mint leaves (phudina) , chopped
2 cups mangoes
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
2 tsp olive oil
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl, mix well and keep in the fridge for 15 minutes,
  2. Serve chilled.
