It is inspired from egypt where couscous is largely served as a dessert. It is similar to sooji sheera. But more grainy.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add the broken wheat and roast it for a while.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well and remove from the flame.
- Serve hot.
