  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chilies and ginger and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Add the corn and tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  5. Add the paneer, chaat masala and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve immediately garnished with coriander.

I love different type of chatpata snacks made using corn. This one is super.. The onions and other veggies along with chaat masala and black pepper gives a great taste to it.. Instead of just mixing it, because it is cooked on a gas, it gives an amazing flavour.
