Sweet Corn and Basil Rosti recipe - How to make Sweet Corn and Basil Rosti

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 6 servings

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat non stick pan and put 2 tbsp of mixture and flatten it a little.
  3. Keep it round or irregular shape with around half inch thickness.
  4. Sprinkle butter and oil and roast it until brown and crisp on both the sides.
  5. Serve fresh garnished with carrots.
