Discover the secret of preparing the perfect sweet bread by soaking the breads in milk and then roasting them lightly with ghee. An excellent breakfast recipe, especially for children.
- Add sugar to the water and cook to make a chashni.
- Add cardamom and kesar.
- Cut the bread slices in any desireble shape and deep fry in oil.
- When golden brown take them out and dip it into the chashni once and arrange it on the serving dish.
- Garnish with dryfruits or silver foil .serve hot.
