Sweet Bati recipe - How to make Sweet Bati

500 gms rice flour (chawal ka atta)
250 gms mava
100 gms coconut powder
1 ltr milk
100 gms sugar
  1. Boil enough water in a deep pan, add the rice flour and cook till it becomes thick and lumpy.
  2. Divide the dough into small pedas and keep aside.
  3. combine the khoya and coconut powder and mix well.
  4. Mix the pedaswith the khoya mixture nad shape again into small balls.
  5. Put these balls in boiling milk and cook till soft and milk dries up.
  6. Serve warm.
