Sweet Amla recipe - How to make Sweet Amla

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1 bottle

  1. Pressure cook the amlas,for one whistle, without adding water.
  2. Dessed and slice them.
  3. Add the sugar, mix well, cover and keep aside for 3 days, till the sugar melts.
  4. Tie in thin cloth and drain the excess water.
  5. Dry the amla under the fan.
  6. Store in an air-tight container.
