  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and make a thin batter.
  2. Heat tava hot.
  3. Sprinkle water and wipe it.
  4. Pour laddleful of batter on it and make 4" round.
  5. Spread the topping on it and roast.
  6. The base will turn brown and top will dry.
  7. Sprinkle some oil on top and turn it over.
  8. Roast it for a minute and turn.
  9. Garnish it with carrot flower, one each in the center of the pancake and serve fresh with tea and chutney.
