- Make the jelly as instructed on the pack.cool it.
- Now add the ice cream gradually.
- Stir little with aspoon. put this mixture in blender and blend for a few seconds.
- Pour in a pudding mould or in serving bowls.
- Keep it in the referigerator (do not deep freeze ) for 10 to 20 min or till set.
- Beat cream and sugar , fill in a piping bag and garnish.
