one big raw mango
500gm sugar500 ml water
- Peel off skin and cut into cubes. pressure cook with sugar and water. let it cool grind smooth. strain and preserve the concentrate in refrigerator. to serve, add two parts of water in a glass and a pinch of fine jeera powder.
