Bottlegourd 100 gm
Grapes 100 gm
Black Salt 1/4 tsp
ice cubes 3-4
- Peel the masumbi, and bottle gourd wash grapes properly,
- Now put all the three in juicer, extract the juice, now put ice cubes in tall glass, mix salt with juice and put in the glass.
- This is really a green color great heat beater.
