Bottlegourd 100 gm
Grapes 100 gm
Masumbi 1
Black Salt 1/4 tsp
ice cubes 3-4

  1. Peel the masumbi, and bottle gourd wash grapes properly,
  2. Now put all the three in juicer, extract the juice, now put ice cubes in tall glass, mix salt with juice and put in the glass.
  3. This is really a green color great heat beater.
  4. For a variation one can add 2-4 mint leaves as well.
