This salad is medium in calories but is perfect to eat is summer
- Finely chop onion,cucumber,tomato,lettuce,corionder
- Put them in bowl.
- Whip yogurt with cream cheese in a seperate bowl
- Add pepper and salt
- Mix it with chopped vegetables
- Serve chilled with fresh spring of mint on top
