After dissolving jaggery it is better to strain it in a fine strainer to remove any impurities.
- Mix thejuices & tender coconut water in a bowl
- Add the jaggery & dissolve it completely.
- Add the coconut scrapings.
- Chill well. serve in tall frosted glasseswith a sprig of mint
