A very easy and quick breakfast recipe.
- Combine all the ingredients and add enough water to make a smooth batter.
- Keep aside for 15- 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan and pour the mixture and spread evenly using fingers like a dosa and cook using oil from both sides.
- Serve hot with curd or chutney.
