Suji Open Sandwhich recipe - How to make Suji Open Sandwhich

8 slices bread (white or brown)
1/2 cup semolina (rava)
1 big sized onion, chopped
1 big sized tomato, chopped
1 big sized capsicum, chopped
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
6 to 8 green chillies, chopped
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the bread & corrainder.
  2. Mix it well & add water to it, then toast the bread on a pan since we need to toast only oneside of the bread.
  3. Then get the bread off the pan & the side which is toasted spread the mixture on it.
  4. Put the bread back on the pan, other side of the bread & then flip it & wait till the suji turns golden brown & cut it garnish it with corriander
  5. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
