Ingredients

LEFT OVER PANEER, LEFT OVER POTATOES , MIXED VEGETABLE MASHED FOR STUFFING, CHOPPED METHI LEAVES A FEW , CHOPPED CORIANDER 1 SMALL BUNCH ,CHOPPED ONION ONE SMALL,2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, 1-2 TABLE SPOON SPROUTS,
Method

  1. mash and mix cheese ,potatoes, green coriander, onion, , methi leaves, salt , pepper, garam masala,green chillies,set aside.
  2. In prepared leftover vegetables, add leftover steamed sprout gram, salt, pepper
  3. In cheese potatoes mixture fill the stuffing in each ball and shape them like tikkas..on a non sticky pan,roast them on both the sides till light brown.serve with green mint chutney
