Stuffed Tomato recipe - How to make Stuffed Tomato

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

4 hard large tomatoes

To Be Mixed Together For The Filling
2 tsp chopped fresh garlic (lehsun)
1 cup mashed fresh toned milk paneer (cottage cheese)
1 medium size onion , finely chopped
2 green chillies , finely chopped
1 tsp fresh butter
1/2 tsp turmeric
4 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
  1. Wash the tomatoes and scoop the seeds out and Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
  2. Stuff the tomatoes with the filling and keep it in microwave safe flat dish.
  3. Brush with oil and cover with cling foil. Microwave it on HIGH for 4 minutess.
  4. Allow to stand for 5 minutess.
  5. Sprinke chopped coriander and serve immediately.
