Soak the fried paneer in cold water before adding to any curry. this will stop it from turning rubbery.
- Make green chutney with the above ingredients.
- Apply butter on one side and the chutney on the other.
- Place the vegetable pieces on each slice.
- Place the buttered slice on the top and cut to any shape as desired.
