Ingredients

Ingredients For Batter
1 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 cup eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

For Filling
3 vegetarian seasoning cubes, crumbled
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tbsp oil
2 onions, sliced
4 cups mushrooms (khumbh), sliced
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
2 tbsp grated cheese

  1. Mix together milk, maida, eggs, water and salt and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. To make pancakes, brush the base of a frying pan with a little oil. pour one ladle full of batter and swirl the pan to

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the pancake leaves the pan.
  5. Turn and cook the other side.

  1. Heat oil in a karahi and sauté the onion for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook till tender, add crumbled maggi
  3. Vegetarian masala cubes and pepper powder.
  4. Roll filling in pancakes and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Mix cream and grated cheese and pour over the pancakes.
  6. Bake in a hot oven (200° c) for 10 minutes.
