  1. ? peel karela & deseed. rub with salt & haldi & keep aside, don?t discard the peel
  2. ? heat oil in a pan . add chopped garlic, crushed coriander seeds, saunf,peel of karela, potato, paneer & all dry masalas
  3. ? also add chopped ginger, chilli & dhaniya
  4. ? stuff karela with this mixture & tie with a thread
  5. ? shallow fry in a pan & keep aside
  6. Coating :
  7. ? heat oil in the same pan
  8. ? add peel of karela, saute for 2 ? 3 minutes
  9. ? add all paste & spices
  10. ? add fried karela?s into this mixture & stir for 1-2 minutes
  11. ? finally garnish with chopped coriander
