4 small size brinjal (baingan / eggplant)
2 onions , finely chopped
1 potato , cut into small pieces
1/2 cup green peas
3 green chillies , finely chopped
1 medium size tomatoes , finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder

  1. Make 8 partition in each brinjal
  2. Take a vessel or kadai mix all the ingredients including oil except brinjal.
  3. Mix it properly
  4. Then stuff this mixture in the eight partitioned brinjal
  5. In a kadai keep the brinjal in high flame for 7 to 8 mins
  6. Then in slow flame 7 mins
  7. Then your stuffed brinjal is ready to sevre
  8. Garnish with coariender leaves
