Strawberry-orange ice is a lovely blend of strawberry flavours with fresh orange juice. The fruit flavoured ice cream is best served with whipped cream as topping.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. pour half of the mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour half mixture in a 13x9x2 baking pan. repeat procedure with rest of mixture.
- Freeze until almost firm, about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon strawberry mixture into large mixing bowl, beat at medium speed until smooth. return mixture to the same pan and freeze again until firm. let stand at room temperature 10 min before serving
