Strawberry and Coconut Burfi

This burfi has winter snow and Christmas colours in it. It is beautiful burfi.
- Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the khoya and coconut and saute for a minute.
- Add the strawberries and sugar and mix well and let the water evaporate.
- Spread and cool the mixture on a greased thali of 1" high. Garnish it with pista and cut into squares and serve fresh.
