An unusual salad combination that pairs very well with a tangy dressing – this salad looks very good on the dinner table, especially if you are hosting a party. Roasted sesame and poppy seeds and crunchy blanched almond slivers introduce a nice crunch to the salad. Your guests are sure to ask you for the recipe. Delicious!
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and keep in the refrigerated for at least an hour.
- Just before serving, combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds in a bowl, pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
