Strawberry Mordhan Cake recipe - How to make Strawberry Mordhan Cake

For Cake
100 gms sanwa millet (sama)
50 gms grated dry coconut (kopra)
100 gms strawberry pulp
100 gms condensed milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

For Icing and Garnishing
150 gms whipped cream
50 gms icing sugar
3-4 fresh chopped strawberries
  1. Blend the sanwa in a mixer to a smooth powder.
  2. Transfer in a bowl, add the coconut, strawberry pulp and milkmaid and mix well.
  3. Add the baking soda and baking powder in the cake mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour the cake mixture into a bowl or a mould and cook in microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
  5. Cool for 1 hour.
  6. For icing mix whipped cream and icing sugar in a bowl and put it in the icing cone to do the icing.
  7. After icing, garnish the cake with fresh strawberries.
  8. Serve immediately.
