Strawberry Fudge recipe - How to make Strawberry Fudge


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

10 to 12 strawberries
100 gms mava (khoya)
50 gms powdered sugar
1 tbsp ghee
2 strawberries for garnishing
3 to 4 mint for garnishing
  1. Wash strawberries and puree them in food processor and keep aside. Do not juice them.
  2. Crumble or grate the mava.
  3. Heat the ghee in a non-stick deep pan and saute mava till pinkish.
  4. Once mava is pink add the crushed strawberries and cook till ghee leave the sides of the pan. Stir frequently.
  5. Add sugar and cook until the fudge comes together and forms a big lump.
  6. Remove from heat and set on a serving dish or individual bowls
  7. Garnish with sliced fresh strawberry and mint leaves.
  8. Serve chilled.
