Steamed Rice Pakodas recipe - How to make Steamed Rice Pakodas

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  2. Put rice in a bowl, add onion, ginger, mint leaves, gram flour, salt, green chillies and chaat masala and mix well.
  3. Shape into medium sized balls and slide into hot oil.
  4. Deep fry till golden and crisp.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
