Steamed Mango Delight

This is perfect mango dish, combination of mango pulp and rice rava. You can make rice rava in the house by soaking rice for 1 hour and then lightly dry in the shade and grind in the mixer.
- Take a bowl and mix the mango pulp and rice rava and keep aside for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Add soda and put the mixture in to a greased pan and steam for 15 20 minutes into the steamer or cooker without whistle.
- Then remove from the steamer and let it cool for some time then cut into pieces and serve.
