400 gms thick hung curds (chakka dahi)
4 tbsp saffron (kesar) strands milk masala powder , readily available
2 tbsp powdered sugar

For The Garnish
saffron (kesar) strands strands
  1. Whisk the curds and add the sugar and milk masala and mix well till the curd becomes smooth and fluffy.
  2. Refrigerate for atleast half an hour and serve chilled garnished with saffron.
