  1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and add tje cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the onion and potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the carrots, beetroot, soya granules, peas, corn, moong sprouts, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the broken wheat, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute and add 4 cups of water and cook for 2 whisles
  5. Serve hot.
