This recipe is a wholemeal in itself and will keep your child's tummy full, and energize your child!
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and add tje cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the onion and potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the carrots, beetroot, soya granules, peas, corn, moong sprouts, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the broken wheat, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute and add 4 cups of water and cook for 2 whisles
- Serve hot.
