Sprouts Surprise recipe - How to make Sprouts Surprise

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add turmeric, crushed garlic and coriander and saute for a few seconds.
  2. Add the sprouts and mix well, add salt and 1/4 cup water
  3. Cover the pan with a lid and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes or till the sprouts become a little soft.
  4. Serve hot garnished with chopped tomatoes and a slice of lemon.
