Sprouts Surprise recipe - How to make Sprouts Surprise

Makes 4 serving
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and add turmeric, crushed garlic and coriander and saute for a few seconds.
- Add the sprouts and mix well, add salt and 1/4 cup water
- Cover the pan with a lid and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes or till the sprouts become a little soft.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped tomatoes and a slice of lemon.
