Ingredients

100 gms sprouted moong (whole green gram)
100 gms sprouted matki (moath beans)
2 large tomatoes , chopped
1 small onion
1 cucumber , peeled, deseeded and chopped
1/4 cup olives
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup gherkins
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Method

  1. Mix togeather the sprouts,tomatoes,onion,cucumer.
  2. Add the olives,gherkins,mint.keep refrigerated.
  3. Just before serving add lemon juice,salt & pepper ,mix well & serve.
