Ingredients
Method

  1. Chop potatoes,bringal into medium size square pieces.
  2. Chop tomato,onion,garlic,ginger finely.
  3. Pressure cook sprouts with potato & bringal to about 3 whistles.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai.add jeera,methi,garlic,ginger.
  5. When seeds sputter & garlic turns brown,add onion,tomato,green chilly & fry on low flame till tomatoes become soft.
  6. Add turmeric,chilly,garam masala powder,asafoetida,salt,water if required to get gravy consistency & cook for 5 mins .
  7. When gravy is cooked add vegetable-sprout mix ,bring to boil.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot.
