Sprouts Bhel recipe - How to make Sprouts Bhel

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups moong sprouts
2 potatoes , boiled , peeled and chopped
1 onion , finely chopped
1 tomato , finely chopped
2 green chillies , finely chopped
1 cucumber , finely chopped
50 gms paneer (cottage cheese) , cut into small pieces
100 gms roasted peanuts
100 gms roasted chana
2 cups puffed rice (kurmura)
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the moong sprouts. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from the flame and transfer the mixture in a bowl.
  3. Add the roasted peanuts, puffed rice and chana and toss well.
  4. Add the onions, potatoes, tomotoes, green chillies, cucumber, paneer, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately.
