If you like you can omit the oats n just make it with sprouted moong.
or you can add 1 tbsp of rice flour instead of oats.
- Grind moong sprouts, curry leaves, cumin seeds, blackpepper corns, onion, ginger and garlic into a coarse paste using enough water.
- Mix in salt and oats.
- Grease a griddle or non stickpan and make medium sized round dosas.
- Cook on a medium flame .
- Cook on both sides light till golden brown..
- Enjoy with fresh ghee and any chutney of your choice.
