Sprouted Moong and Corn Chaat recipe - How to make Sprouted Moong and Corn Chaat

1 cup boiled and crushed corn
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1 cup boiled sprouted moong (whole green gram) (boiled in salt water)
1 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cups fresh curds (dahi), beaten with 1/2 teasp. salt
puris used to make sevpuri
chaat masala to taste
coriander (dhania) leaves to garnish
sweet and sour chutney to taste (imli ki chutney)
Green Chutney
sev used in sevpuri to garnish

    For the masala corn

    1. Heat oil , add crushed corn and all the spices .
    2. Mix well and remove from gas .

    For the chaat

    1. First take the crushed puris in a plate .
    2. Put moong , masala corn,potatoes and onions on top .
    3. Cover with beaten curd.
    4. Sprinkle chaat masala ,sweet & sour chutney and green chutney .
    5. Finally garnish with rice sev and coriander leaves .
