Moong sprout and fruit bhel is an unique variation to the traditional puffed rice based bhel recipe. The moong sprouts and fruits are tossed with chopped boiled potatoes, sweet tamarind sauce and a hot coriander chutney. Overall a culinary delight with a spicy tangy touch.

- Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. when they crackle, add the asafoetida, turmeric powder and mamara and mix well.
- Add the black salt and sev, mix well and cool completely.
- Store in an air-tight container and use as required.
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
