alternatively, these can be made into pinwheel sandwiches.
they can be made as open sandwiches which can be grilled for a couple of minutes till the cheese melts.
this is a healthy and tasty item for children.
- Mince all the vegetables really finely. put them in a bowl, add some salt and keep aside for 5 minutes. steam the sprouts for 2-3 minutes in the microwave oven. squeeze out the water from the vegetables thoroughly. add the chopped green chillies and chopped coriander
- Butter the bread slices. add a layer of the vegetables. sprinkle the grated cheese generously over the vegetables. close with another slice of buttered bread.
