Ingredients

For The Stuffing
1/2 cup moong sprouts or any other sprouts
5 tbsp cabbage
5 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tbsp chopped spinach (palak)
2 tsp chilli-garlic paste
2 tbsp butter or oil
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
2 chapatis
2 cheese cubes , chopped

For Serving
tomato ketchup
green chutney
Method
For the stuffing

    For the stuffing
  1. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Add cabbage, tomatoes, spinach and turmeric powder and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add chilli-garlic paste and salt and saute again for 1 more minute.
  3. Switch off the flame. Add sprouts and coriander and mix well.

How to proceed

  1. Place one chapati on a clean dry surface. Spread 1/2 of the stuffing evenly on it and sprinkle 1/2 of the chopped cheese over it.
  2. Starting from one end roll the chapati and shallow fry on pre-heated tava using a little oil.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make one more roll.
  4. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
