Springonions&besankisubzi is a novel Indian vegetable recipe with spring onions sautéed with roasted besan or gram flour and select seasonings.
- Finely cut the spring onions.
- In a pan fry the spring onions with little oil.
- After they are half cooked. add the besan,salt,red chilly powder, haldi powder & black pepper & 1/2 cup water.
- Cook untill the water gets dried & the spring onions are cooked fully.
