Spring green chillies recipe - How to make Spring green chillies

10 big green chillies
100 gms low fat paneer {crumbled}
1/2 cup of finely chopped spring onion with green
1tsp black mustard seeds
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1tsp degi mirch
4tsp sour mango pulp
2tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
2tsp ghee
1tsp mustard oil

  1. 1. wash chillies,wipe with a cloth and slit them.keep aside.
  2. 2. take a pan and add 1 tsp mustard oil.put mustard seeds in it wait till seed crackles and now add turmeric powder,coriander powder and degi mirch.
  3. 3. now add chopped spring onions.fry them for few mins and then add crumbled paneer into it.add salt.fry this mixture till the water evaporates.now keep it aside till it comes down to the room temperature.
  4. 4. add mango pulp in it and mix well.now fill this mixture in the chillies.
  5. 5. take a flat griddle put ghee and roast these chillies till golden brown. servr hot with rotis and stuff paranthas.
