1 bunch spring onion
1 cup curds (dahi)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp ghee

  1. Cut the spring onion into small pieces.
  2. Then add the ghee in a pan and just saute this spring onions for a min by adding a pinch of sugar.
  3. Add the spring onions to the curd along with salt and mix well.
  4. Chill it well and serve along with any spicy pulao or biriyani.
