Ingredients
Method

  1. Soak the green dal for 4 hours. wash it without removing the chilkas .
  2. Grind it in the mixer by adding the ginger and the green chillies into a smooth paste.
  3. Remove the paste from the jar and add the rice flour and salt to taste and mix well.
  4. The consistency of the paste should not be too thick .you can add little water if it is too thick.
  5. Take a nonstick tawa and make round 6-8 " diameter dosa and cook till it is light brown.
  6. Serve it with coriander chutney.
