The addition of baking soda makes these dumplings soft and comforting to bite into. Once you have prepared the ingredients, it takes just minutes to prepare these irresistible Spinach and Cottage Cheese Dumplings. Serve these with tea or as a starter, but make sure you have them fresh off the steamer.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a round dumpling.
- Arrange the dumplings on a greased sieve and steam in a steamer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
