Ingredients

1 small bunch of fresh spinach (palak)
1/4 cup green peas
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 1/2 cups Vegetable Stock
1 1/2 coconut milk
1/8 tsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Method

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan
  2. Saute onion and ginger till onion are transparent
  3. Add vegetable stock and coconut milk
  4. Add peas, chilli sauce, soy sauce and salt
  5. Bring the stock to boil
  6. Add spinach and let it cook for approx 5-7 mins.
  7. Add pepper powder
  8. Serve hot with steaming rice
