Spinach Rabdi recipe - How to make Spinach Rabdi

3/4 cup spinach (palak) puree
4 cups milk
3 tsp cornflour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp grated mava (khoya)
a few pistachio flakes

For The Garnish
green peas in sugar syrup
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the spinach puree and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and cook till it is reduced to half.
  3. Add the cornflour dissolved in milk and mix well.
  4. Add the mawa, sugar, mix well and cook till it becomes thick.
  5. Sprinkle the pistachio flakes on it.
  6. Serve hot garnished with green peas
